How long will it take for order to ship?

In stock: In stock orders are shipped within 2-3 business days from date of order.

Pre-order: Please note the estimated shipping date on each individual product page. You'll see it below the "Add to Cart" button.

Shipping time may vary, as it is subject to flight availability and progress of customs clearance and aviation security check, etc. Shipping time depends on the country of delivery at shipping service selected: 

Standard shipping: 5-10 days from the dispatch date to arrive.

Express shipping: 2-3 days from the dispatch date to arrive.

If you're ordering multiple pieces and the status and shipping date of each are different, the order may be split in two or it may ship on the latest date.

Delivery details will be provided in your order confirmation email. *The estimated shipping timelines are listed above and do not account for any unforeseen delays on the courier's end.

Supported countries and international shipping*

PO box and Post office addresses are not supported for all countries.

Free international shipping is limited to countries found upon check out. *Supported countries and rates are subject to change and discounts without notice.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?

If duties and taxes have been prepaid during checkout, you should not be responsible for any charges upon delivery. Should there be any charges on the delivery, we shall reimburse all in full upon proof of payment and the successful delivery of the package within 14 days.

Australia Orders: Please note that we need to add a service tax (GST) to all orders from Australia in order for us to comply with Australian import tax laws. Please see the ATO website for more details.

Can I change or cancel my order once placed?

Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes or cancel your orders. You can return your order once you have received it, please find further details in our Returns & Exchanges section.

How can I update my address?

Should your address be inaccurate, please do contact us as soon as possible. We shall try our best to assist your needs. If the order is dispatched, we suggest you contact the courier directly as we are unable to guarantee successful delivery and are not liable for any lost packages.

Returns & Exchange

What's your return and exchange policy?

Returns and exchanges are permitted (excluding earrings for personal hygiene reasons and Engraved Products) within 14 days of the date the order was delivered. Please note that refunds will come in the form of store credit only.

Once a request for an exchange or return has been submitted, items must be received within 30 days (extended for COVID-19). Returned goods must be received in unworn condition and have no signs of wear or damage, in their original packaging (box and pouch included) with a proof of purchase. 
*Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, Fedoma has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customers. No oversized or large boxes will be accepted.

Can I cancel or return a pre-ordered item?

Items purchased during a preorder period are not eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange. We also cannot cancel orders that are placed during a preorder period at any time before shipping.

How do I start a return?

Please send us an email at support@fedomajewellery.com requesting for a return or by visiting our returns center to submit a request for return.

Promotions, events and price matching

We understand that you might have purchased a product recently that has now been reduced in price. Unfortunately, we cannot refund you the price difference if this occurs. All sales and promotions are final.

Care and Warranty

International warranty

We’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material or the workmanship of the jewellery occurs. 

At Fedoma, we stand behind the exceptional quality of our jewelry.

To assure your confidence in our products, we offer the following warranty coverage:
Silver Pieces: Our silver pieces come with a warranty for 3 years.
Gold Pieces: Our gold pieces are accompanied by a warranty for 20 years.

Please note the following terms and conditions:
Effective Date: The warranty coverage applies to orders placed after August 1st, 2022.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover lost items, normal wear and tear such as scratches, bent rings, broken chains, improper use or storage of the product, or any modifications made by a third party outside of Fedoma.

How do I keep my jewellery looking its best?

To maintain the optimal appearance of your jewelry, follow these guidelines:

  1. If humidity is uncontrolled, store your jewelry piece outside of its original box. A dry and airy storage location is preferred to prevent tarnishing.
  2. Regularly clean your jewelry on a weekly basis to keep it looking its best.

By adhering to these practices, you can ensure that your jewelry retains its pristine condition and appearance.

How do I clean my jewellery?

The polishing cloths included in each order are made of 100% cotton and have been treated with an anti-tarnish agent. To get the best results, simply buff your 14k solid gold, 18k gold vermeil, or sterling silver pieces until any imperfections or marks are no longer visible. Do not use the polishing cloth on oxidized silver pieces or directly on delicate gemstones, hard gemstones or pearls.

Always wash your hands after use and keep the cloth out of reach of children. Never wash the polishing cloth, as it will lose its effectiveness.
